The newest iteration of the E-mirror for HP Velotechnik trikes is solid and works beautifully! Select the short arm if you are on a trike with front suspension and the tall arm if you do not have front suspension. You can also select the tall arm if you want your mirror a bit higher, but it will also put it further outboard.
