Appointment Policy

We charge for appointments. That may seem out-of-the-ordinary for a bike shop, but let us explain a little more. We have found that most new customers have never ridden a recumbent before and need extra time and effort to get comfortable understanding and riding a recumbent. Our appointments are one-on-one to give that extra effort. We don't answer the phone, we don't work with any other customers, our sole focus is you. We ensure that each recumbent is sized for you so you can fully enjoy the experience. We charge $25/hour for these consultations. This charge is all applied towards your recumbent purchase when you decide to go down that road (it will not be applied to parts, service or shipping costs).
